Our courses are not intended to replace professional advice or services from appropriately qualified professionals where such advice or services are required.
This is particularly relevant to programmes involving areas such as:

If you request cancellation before accessing the course materials, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, subject to any applicable law and the specific terms stated on the relevant programme page.
12.2 After Course Access
Once you have accessed substantial course content, downloaded course materials, completed lessons, commenced an assessment, or otherwise substantially used the digital programme, the purchase may become non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
This is because digital educational content may be accessed and retained by the learner after a refund is issued.
12.3 Refund Requests

- Engage in discriminatory or abusive behaviour;

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems;
- Share another learner’s personal information;
- Impersonate another person;
- Submit fraudulent work;
- Attempt to obtain certification through dishonest means; or
- Use our services for unlawful purposes.
The MindTech Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where serious misconduct occurs.

Where a separate written agreement has been entered into with a corporate client or other organisation, that agreement will govern where there is a conflict with these general website terms.
34. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws and regulations of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply to the customer under applicable law.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by The MindTech Institute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
This is consistent with the general approach reflected in RAKEZ’s own published contractual terms, which refer to UAE law and the laws applicable in Ras Al Khaimah.

A few things I would change before you publish it
There are four placeholders that I would not guess:
- Exact legal company name — copy this exactly from your RAKEZ licence.
- Official business/support email.
- The actual refund period you want to offer.
- Whether your RAKEZ licence/permit specifically authorises all of the online training activities you’re currently offering.
That last point is worth checking because RAKEZ’s published training regulations specifically address distance/online education and state that it is subject to prior approval. I would verify that your current licence/permit covers your online-course model before making the site live under the new UAE entity.
One policy decision I recommend keeping
I deliberately didn’t use the old blanket “NO REFUNDS” wording.
For your business, the cleanest policy is:
7-day refund window before substantial digital access, with no refund once substantial course content has been accessed, subject to applicable law.
