Enrollments & Payments

To Enroll in any online course, you need to do the followings:
1- Click on the online courses tab.
2- Click on the specific online course that you would like to enroll in.
3- Click on the "ENROL NOW" button and you will be automatically directed to the checkout page.
4- On the checkout page, make sure to ENTER YOUR CORRECT NAME AND DETAILS as shown on your legal identification or passport because you will receive your certificates with the name that you have provided during your enrollment and checkout. Extra charges will apply if you want to change your name later!
5- Choose if you want to pay full amount or partial payment by clicking on "Full Amount" is to pay the course fully (one payment), or "Pay Deposit" to pay only 50% of the course's fee and pay the remaining 50% once you reach half way of the course you're studying to unlock the rest half of the course and get certified. NOTE: you will not get certified until you have paid the course's fees fully and completed the course.
6- Choose your payment method. You can pay through money transfer directly to The MindTech Institute's bank account, or through PayPal as well as other major Credit/Debit cards.
NOTE: Please contact us if the above payment methods are not available in your country.
7- After the payment has been processed and approved, go back to the "Online Courses" tab and click on the course you have enrolled in and click on the "Curriculum" tab which is located under the course image and you will find the lessons have been unlocked for you.

To Enroll in any workshop live training courses or seminar, you need to do the followings:
1- Click on the "EVENTS" tab.
2- Click on the specific workshop or seminar that you would like to attend.
3- Click on the "BOOK NOW" button and you will be automatically directed to the checkout page.
4- On the checkout page, make sure to ENTER YOUR CORRECT NAME AND DETAILS as shown on your legal identification card or passport because you will receive your entree ticket and certificates with the name that you have provided during your booking and checkout page. Extra charges may apply if you want to change your name later!
5- Choose if you want to pay full amount or partial payment by clicking on "Full Amount" is to pay the course fully (one payment), or "Pay Deposit" to pay only 50% of the course's fees and pay the remaining 50% at the event. NOTE: you will not be able get certified until you pay for the workshop or course fully. For more info you can check our terms and conditions page or simply contact us

7- After the payment has been processed and approved, you will receive an email from us confirming your enrollment and other information about the workshop, class, seminar or the specific event you've booked to attend.
You can always contact us if you need further information.

Simply enter the code in the “Have a coupon code?” field available in your shopping cart or checkout page and click on the "APPLY COUPON" button, then continue through our secure payment portal.
The code needs to be entered exactly as provided with any capital letters and spaces.
The system is completely automated and if you have correctly entered a valid code you will see the offer added to your order in the final stages of checkout.
Please note that if a coupon is not added during the checkout process, we will be unable to add it later.

Before you enroll in any online course or book to attend any workshop or event you must be sure that you can commit and/or attend because The MindTech Institute does NOT offer any refunds! Also, due to the limited seats and bookings The MindTech Institute organizes the workshop or event based on the number of bookings received or if a specific number of bookings that is allowed for a certain workshop or event, The MindTech Institute does NOT offer any refunds for cancellations. In some cases a partial refund may be issued if discussed and approved by The MindTech Institute with a written notice (email) of cancellation and sent at least 5 business days prior an event - admin fees may apply if such cancellation is approved by The MindTech Institute. However, NO refund is offered after enrolling in an online courses especially if the online course content or contents have been unlocked for the student/customer/client after enrollment.
Furthermore, when a client, costumer, attendee or student doesn’t attend, undertake or finish the purchased training or service/s purchased from The MindTech Institute, it’s not The MindTech Institute responsibility to pay a refund for the purchased unattended or uncollected training or service/s that The MindTech Institute provides.
The MindTech Institute does NOT offer any refund or pay for any cancelled service/s, product/s, training or other services purchased online through The MindTech Institute website, other affiliate websites or other related or unrelated websites.

Students & Accounts

You MUST enroll in with your full legal name because the certificates will be issued based on the name you enrolled in, and we highly do NOT recommend you changing your name while studying. Please contact us if you want to change your name while your enrolled in and studying any online courses and before you receive your certificate. Extra charges will apply once you receive your certificate and want to change your name on it.
Please contact us if you have any question regarding changing your name if you're already enrolled in an online course.

1- Make sure you logged in to your account.
2- Hover over the "PAGES" tab located on the top menu bar and click on "My Account".
3- Click on "Account details" and follow the steps to change your password.

Missing mobile purchase
If you enroll in a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your enrollment or payment receipt to in**@th******************.com .
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.

Online Courses Certificates:
After you complete any online course your certificate will be automatically generated with your full name, course name and a unique certificate id verification number. You can also order your certificate by emailing us if you would like your certificate to be printed on a high quality embossed paper with The MindTech Institute stamp. Your certificate will be posted to you via an express mail with a humble charge If you choose this option (to mail you your certificate by post), otherwise, it's totally free if we email it to you or you download it.
Workshop & Live Training Courses Certificates:
All certificates will be printed on high quality papers with full student's name, course name, graduation date and embossed by The MindTech Institute stamp. The certificates will be handed to all students at the last day of a workshop or live training course during the graduation time where the trainers hand the certificates individually to each student in a traditional graduation manner.
Diplomas & Advanced Diplomas Certificates:
Same as workshops and live training courses all certificates will be handed individually to the graduate students if the qualification was granted through Fast-Track or RPL program. Certificates/qualification can also be posted internationall via express post if the student was awarded a qualification through our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program.
